RSS Plans for Impact - 10,000 Smiles

Ready, Set, Smile has a newly released strategic plan. Designed to guide the organization toward dental care and education for all children, the 2025-2028 plan was approved by the Board of Directors in February 2026. The focus areas of the plan are strengthening the organization, engaging people in our work, and growing the impact of the services, all toward the big goal of delivering 10,000 dental visits in 2028.
